There are two different online coaching packages I offer and these are:

Online Coaching Lifestyle (Tier 1) -  Working with lifestyle clients who have fitness goals alongside their busy work or education schedules, family responsibilities and everything else that requires appropriate balance. Lifestyle coaching approach is more focused on client goals and incorporates life balance.

Online Coaching Athlete (Tier 2) -  Here we look and control many more variables and really aim for that few extra percent to achieve our goals. This is a higher level for athletes getting ready for a competition, fitness photo shoot. This is a more extreme fitness lifestyle approach for those who can manage their work/life/fitness balance. 

ONLINE COACHING LIFESTYLE - TIER 1

There are four steps to get you started and these are:

Step 1 - You enquire about coaching and we discuss coaching on the phone

Step 2 - Once we are both happy you'll need to complete a Client Consultation Form from which I build your personally  tailored training plan and personalised diet 

Step 3 - Payment set up (Direct Debit)

Step 4 - Once first initial payment is made and direct debit set up you will receive your Client Welcome Pack with all information required for you to start. Now you are ready to achieve your GOALS!
